The Puree Product 
Australian Pure Fruits' core capability is producing fruit and vegetable purees from single strength through to 60 Brix. While most of APF's purees and made to the local industry standard for total solids of 32 Brix, we can produce to a customer's specification, to either higher or lower concentration.
Except for special circumstances such as alterations specifically requested by our customers, APF products are preservative and additive free. The product is sterile and aseptically packaged so refrigeration is not required until opened.
